Job Description
WBM Technologies is seeking dedicated Call Center Representatives for our night shift operations. In this role, you will manage both inbound and outbound calls related to logistics inquiries, ensuring an exceptional level of customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist clients with their inquiries and concerns.
- Confirm shipment details through outbound calls.
- Provide precise logistics information.
- Handle complaints and escalate issues as necessary.
- Maintain accurate records of all communications.
- Coordinate effectively with sales and dispatch teams.
Qualifications:
- Prior experience in customer service or a call center.
- Strong communication skills in English.
- Proficient problem-solving abilities.
