Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
- Oversee payroll processing and benefits administration.
- Manage documentation for onboarding and offboarding.
- Ensure compliance with EOBI and Sindh labor laws.
- Generate HR metrics and operational reports efficiently.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or Business Administration.
- 1-2 years of experience in HR operations.
- Proficient in HRIS/HRMS systems.
- Familiarity with labor compliance standards.
- Availability for night shifts (Monday-Saturday).
