Job Description
Lightheart Insurance Agency is seeking a dedicated and motivated Remote HR Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating and scheduling interviews for candidates interested in selling Affordable Care Act (ACA) health insurance. Your key duties will include managing applicant communications through our Google Voice number, responding promptly to inquiries, and scheduling interviews via phone or Zoom. Additionally, you will provide candidates with comprehensive information about the position and support client retention efforts.
