Job Description
HCM International is currently seeking a dedicated Officer for our People Services department, located in Islamabad. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in onboarding and offboarding management, team supervision, and process improvement. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and enhancing workflows, providing guidance to the People Services team, and driving digital transformation of HR processes.
Qualifications for this position include a Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field, along with a minimum of 5 years of HR experience. Candidates must demonstrate strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
