Job Description
Veevo Tech is actively looking for a proactive and responsible Shift Incharge to manage daily operations on the production floor. The successful candidate will oversee worker performance, uphold productivity standards, enforce safety protocols, and ensure a streamlined workflow in our battery manufacturing and assembly processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily activities of production staff.
- Monitor production quality and safety compliance.
- Provide operational guidance and resolve issues.
- Ensure proper machinery use and maintenance.
- Collaborate effectively with Quality and Maintenance teams.
- Conduct safety inspections and enforce safety protocols.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or technical training; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- 2+ years of supervisory experience in manufacturing.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
