Job Description
1AZ0 Marketing (Pvt) Ltd is looking for both Fresh and Experienced International Callers to join our team as Customer Support Agents. This position involves managing outbound calls for our clients based in the United States.
Requirements:
- Fluent in English (mandatory).
- Dedicated, punctual, and reliable.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Efficiently resolving customer complaints.
- Staying informed about company products and services.
- Professionally handling incoming calls.
- Conducting outbound calls for follow-ups and surveys.
- Providing accurate information to customers.
- Documenting all call interactions meticulously.
