Job Description
ASK Development Limited is looking for committed Banking Helpline Agents to join a distinguished telecom company. In this role, you will be responsible for answering customer calls with a positive demeanor, efficiently resolving inquiries and complaints, and processing customer orders while managing account details.
Salary: Rs37,00 – Rs55,00 (including performance-based incentives)
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- A minimum of 6 months of experience in the banking sector
- Location: Lahore (In-person)
