Job Description
GrowthRatio Solutions is on the lookout for a dynamic, proactive, and experienced Real Estate Operations Coordinator to enhance our team. The ideal candidate will possess a background in real estate, particularly with Western companies or international clients from the USA, Europe, or Australia.
Key Responsibilities:
- Post property listings on the MLS
- Draft and send follow-up emails
- Assist with negotiation processes
- Conduct professional follow-up calls
- Create engaging property descriptions
- Oversee social media postings
- Deliver regular updates to clients
Job Details: This is a part-time, in-office position, scheduled from Monday to Friday during evening to night shifts. Competitive pay offered.
