Job Description
AK Graphic is seeking dynamic and motivated Call Center Representatives to become part of our expanding team located in Gulberg II, Lahore. In this role, you will manage both inbound and outbound calls, provide detailed product information, and assist customers with a friendly and proactive attitude.
Key Responsibilities: You will handle incoming and outgoing calls, provide accurate information, maintain detailed records, achieve performance targets, and deliver exceptional customer service.
Requirements: Candidates should have 2–3 months of experience (freshers are encouraged to apply), possess strong English communication skills, demonstrate punctuality, and exhibit excellent interpersonal abilities.
