Job Description
Tandoori Restaurant is searching for a committed Query Management Officer to oversee and address customer inquiries across various social media platforms. The ideal candidate will ensure timely responses, uphold professionalism, and guarantee comprehensive query coverage while escalating urgent issues when necessary.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor customer queries on social media.
- Provide professional and prompt responses to inquiries.
- Ensure all queries receive appropriate attention.
- Escalate urgent concerns as required.
- Maintain a standardized response library.
Requirements: A Bachelor’s degree is preferred, along with experience in social media management and excellent communication skills.
Work Mode: Hybrid (3 days remote, 3 days in-office)
Hours: 12 PM – 12 AM
