Job Description
ARRAK CONSULTING SMC PRIVATE LIMITED is on the lookout for an experienced Construction Manager to lead high-end retail and commercial projects across the USA. This position entails remote management and site inspections to guarantee adherence to architectural standards and brand guidelines.
Key Responsibilities: Oversee luxury retail construction projects, liaise with architects and contractors, and ensure strict compliance with safety protocols and building regulations.
Requirements: A Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or Construction Management, alongside 5-7 years of relevant experience. Candidates must possess excellent leadership abilities and proficiency in English.
This full-time role requires night shifts, with a commitment of six days a week, offering a competitive salary of Rs150,00.00 – Rs200,00.00 per month.
