Job Description
Dollar East Exchange Company Pvt. Ltd is looking for a committed and experienced Assistant Manager of Human Resources. The successful candidate will be tasked with implementing HR policies, overseeing staff recruitment processes, conducting performance evaluations, and ensuring compliance with labor laws.
Applicants should possess 3 to 5 years of HR Generalist experience, an MBA in HR or a related field, and a preference for male candidates. Candidates must demonstrate strong analytical abilities, proficiency in MS Excel and HRIS, as well as comprehensive knowledge of labor laws.
