Job Description
VapeMall is looking for a dedicated and proactive female Customer Service Representative to manage churn on a contract basis. This remote role primarily focuses on enhancing customer retention by engaging with clients who have either stopped shopping or unsubscribed from our services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Reach out to inactive customers to identify their reasons for disengagement.
- Collect and document customer feedback to inform strategies for improving the overall customer experience.
- Generate daily reports and efficiently track follow-up communications.
Requirements:
- Outstanding communication skills in both Urdu and English.
- Background in customer service or retention roles is highly desirable.
Compensation: PKR 30,00 – 35,00 monthly plus commission incentives.
