Job Description
EcoEnergy Systems is seeking a highly motivated and dynamic Customer Service Representative with outstanding English communication skills. In this role, you will manage both inbound and outbound calls, engage with UK clients, and effectively convert leads into successful surveys.
Key Responsibilities:
- Initiate contact with potential clients.
- Perform follow-ups to nurture leads.
- Utilize CRM tools for efficient client management.
- Collaborate effectively with sales and marketing teams.
- Address client needs and resolve issues promptly.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: Rs70,00 – Rs100,00 per month
Location: Johar Town, 2 PM – 11 PM, 6 days a week.
