Job Description
Royal Solar Energy Pvt Ltd is on the lookout for a skilled ERP Functional Consultant with expertise in Odoo to serve as the vital link between operational teams and ERP customization projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for gathering and analyzing business needs, configuring Odoo modules, and ensuring seamless implementation across multiple departments.
Key Responsibilities:
– Collaborate with department heads to evaluate workflows.
– Translate business requirements into Odoo configurations.
– Customize functional workflows as needed.
– Provide training and develop user-friendly documentation.
– Assist with user acceptance testing and change management initiatives.
Required Qualifications:
– At least 2 years of experience in ERP, preferably with Odoo.
– Strong skills in business process mapping.
– Excellent communication skills in English.
