Job Description
SEER SOLUTIONS DMCC is seeking a qualified HR and Admin Officer to join our team in Lahore, Pakistan. The ideal candidate should possess 6-8 years of relevant experience and hold a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
As an HR and Admin Officer, you will oversee the complete employee lifecycle, assist in recruitment activities, organize training programs, and maintain accurate employee records. Additionally, you will manage office administration responsibilities, facilitate communications, and promote a professional working atmosphere.
The position requires fluency in both English and Urdu, strong proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems, and exceptional communication skills.
