Job Description
Value Green View is actively looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to become part of our Travel Agency located in DHA, Lahore. The ideal candidate will possess a solid background in customer service, particularly within call centers, and have knowledge of travel, tourism, and ticketing services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Promptly respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
- Provide accurate travel information and assist in making bookings.
- Efficiently resolve customer issues.
Requirements:
- 1-2 years of experience in customer service within the travel or tourism sector.
