Job Description
We are looking for a passionate and experienced Shopify Store Operations Manager to lead the daily operations and technical management of our Shopify store at Ecomfine. The successful candidate will ensure optimal performance, manage all aspects of operations, and implement growth-driven strategies to enhance sales.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain both front-end and back-end of the Shopify store
- Oversee daily operations including product management, order processing, inventory control, and shipping logistics
- Facilitate client communication and provide exceptional customer support
- Monitor store performance and optimize return on investment
- Execute marketing initiatives, including SEO, paid advertising, and content creation
- Resolve technical issues efficiently
Requirements:
- Minimum of 1 year of Shopify management experience
- Proficient in HTML, CSS, Liquid, and JavaScript
- Familiarity with SEO and e-commerce analytics tools
