Job Description
BLMS SMC PVT LTD is looking for a qualified Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) Lead to oversee our revenue cycle operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for medical billing, claims processing, payment posting, denial management, and ensuring adherence to healthcare regulations. Key responsibilities include leading the revenue cycle team, formulating efficient billing policies, monitoring performance metrics, and driving revenue cycle improvements.
Applicants should possess a Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration or a related field, at least 5 years of experience in medical billing, a strong understanding of healthcare reimbursement processes, and exceptional leadership and analytical skills.
