Job Responsibilities:

• Maintain and update customer records in our database.
• Perform data entry tasks utilizing Microsoft Excel.
• Offer customer support through multiple communication channels.

Qualifications:

• Intermediate or Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent experience.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word.
• Effective communication skills in reading, writing, and understanding English.

Type: Full-time (7:00 PM – 4:00 AM)

Location: Main Double Road, PWD

Salary: Rs 35,00.00 – Rs 40,00.00 per month (Benefits and allowances provided after confirmation)
