Job Description
Location: DHA Phase 5, Tauheed Commercial Area, Karachi, Pakistan
Work Hours: 8:00 PM – 5:00 AM (Monday – Friday)

Appedology Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a skilled Operations Manager to lead our BPO team. The ideal candidate will possess expertise in team management, process optimization, and maintaining robust client relationships.
Key Responsibilities: Monitor KPIs, manage daily operations, enhance efficiency, build client relationships, and cultivate a positive team culture.
Qualifications: Demonstrated experience in BPO Operations Management, strong leadership abilities, excellent communication skills, and the willingness to work night shifts.
Salary: Rs170,00.00 – Rs180,00.00 per month
