Job Description
Mission: To create well-crafted documents, playbooks, proposals, and case studies that enhance our technical communication.
Responsibilities:
- Develop Solution Guides, API quickstarts, user manuals, and FAQ documents.
- Craft discovery checklists, Statements of Work (SOW) templates, and presales presentations.
- Keep changelogs and release notes up to date.
Must-Have Skills:
- Exceptional technical writing skills, proficiency in visuals (using tools like Mermaid/diagrams.net), and Markdown.
- Basic understanding of APIs, structuring templates, and SEO principles for knowledge bases.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Rs25,00.00 – Rs30,00.00 per month
