Job Description
CONNECT COMMUNICATION is seeking a proactive and experienced Female HR Manager to oversee our night shift operations in Johar Town, Lahore.
Location: Johar Town, Lahore
Timings: 8:00 PM – 5:00 AM
Salary: Up to PKR 90,00/month + Fuel Allowance
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage recruitment and onboarding processes.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records.
- Oversee payroll management and attendance tracking.
- Address and resolve employee inquiries effectively.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR or a related field.
- Demonstrated experience in HR management.
- Excellent communication skills are essential.
