Location: Gujranwala – Service Branch
Reports To: Branch Manager – Service
HCM International is seeking a dynamic and customer-centric Assistant Manager to lead our Service Operations in Gujranwala. This full-time position entails overseeing daily activities to ensure exceptional customer satisfaction while providing support to our technical teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage operations of the Authorized Workshop.
- Effectively address and resolve customer complaints.
- Ensure accuracy in documentation and maintain strong relations with dealers.
- Review branch reports to ensure quality standards and revenue generation.
- Guarantee adherence to SOPs and safety regulations.
Requirements: Graduate Engineer with 1 to 2 years of experience in a relevant field.
Salary: Rs150,00.00 – Rs170,00.00 per month
