Job Description
Experts Communication is seeking a motivated Customer Service Representative (CSR) to become an integral part of our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service or call center environments, along with outstanding communication and problem-solving abilities.
Salary: 40,00 – 60,00 PKR
Location: North Nazimabad, Block A, Karachi
Shift: 7:00 PM – 4:00 AM
We encourage fresh graduates with excellent English skills to apply.
Responsibilities
Manage incoming calls, provide assistance, resolve customer inquiries, and achieve sales targets.
Requirements
1 year of experience, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to work night shifts.
