Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated IT Administrator to manage and enhance our IT infrastructure. The ideal candidate will deliver desktop and network support, ensure system security, and assist with technology upgrades.

Key Responsibilities: This role includes installing and configuring devices, providing guidance to staff on hardware and software usage, diagnosing network issues, maintaining IT inventory, troubleshooting systems, ensuring data security, coordinating with vendors, and supporting the deployment of new applications.

Required Skills: Candidates should possess a strong understanding of Windows, Mac, and Linux operating systems, good networking skills, familiarity with cybersecurity tools, excellent problem-solving skills, and availability for after-hours support.

Qualifications: A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science and at least one year of IT support experience are required; CCNA certification is preferred.
