Salesphere is seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative for our E-Commerce store. In this role, you will engage with customers through WhatsApp, Facebook, and Instagram, addressing their inquiries, resolving order-related issues, and ensuring a superb customer experience.
Responsibilities:
- Communicate with customers across multiple social media platforms.

- Report issues related to logistics and courier services.
