Job Description
Alpha Technologies Inc. is actively looking for motivated and customer-oriented Call Center Agents to join our Spectrum inbound services team. The ideal candidate will effectively manage incoming customer inquiries, deliver outstanding service, and support clients with troubleshooting, billing issues, and technical assistance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to inbound calls regarding Spectrum services.
- Assist customers with billing questions and troubleshooting needs.
- Address and resolve customer complaints efficiently.
- Accurately document customer interactions.
