Job Description

Abacus Outsourcing is looking for a motivated Customer Relations Officer to join our team in Islamabad. In this role, you will address customer inquiries and resolve issues to enhance overall customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage incoming customer requests and provide effective solutions.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher.
• Experience in a call center environment preferred, though fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Familiarity with tools such as Hootsuite and Buffer is a plus.

Working Hours: 8-hour shifts in a rotational schedule, 6 days a week.

Compensation: Monthly salary ranges from Rs37,00.00 to Rs42,00.00.

Location: In-person at our Islamabad office.
