Job Description
Bridgelinx Technologies is on the lookout for a talented Network Administrator to enhance our proactive IT team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure the reliability and performance of internal network systems.
- Implement and uphold security measures, including VPN protocols and data encryption.
- Assist with the installation, configuration, and ongoing maintenance of network hardware and software.
- Oversee LAN, WAN, wireless networks, firewalls, and switches.
- Work collaboratively with the IT team for system upgrades, patches, and security improvements.
- Provide technical assistance to end-users, guiding them through troubleshooting processes.
- Escalate unresolved concerns to external vendors as needed.
