Job Description
Garmor Corporation is searching for a motivated and detail-oriented HR Officer to become a key member of our team. This position involves overseeing the recruitment process, maintaining employee records, managing attendance and payroll, supporting the onboarding of new hires, and ensuring compliance with labor regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment and selection processes.
- Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases.
- Oversee attendance tracking and payroll assistance.
- Facilitate the onboarding process for new employees.
- Ensure adherence to HR policies and legal requirements.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field.
- 1–2 years of HR experience preferred, but fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
