Job Description
Truck It In is transforming the $25B+ road freight market in Pakistan with our pioneering Uber-for-freight model. We are currently looking for an Operations Executive to join our Fulfillment vertical and help optimize logistics and operations for over 1 million freight operators.
Key Responsibilities:
- Establish and nurture relationships within the freight market.
- Oversee planning and management of logistics and customer services.
- Build strong connections with drivers and transporters.
- Tackle complaints and evaluate dispatch performance for improvements.
Qualifications: A Bachelor’s degree and 2-3 years of logistics experience are essential, along with excellent negotiation and communication skills.
