Job Description

THE HRM NAVIGATOR in Lahore is looking for a committed and customer-oriented Inbound Customer Service Officer to enhance our team. The ideal candidate will have exceptional communication abilities, a genuine enthusiasm for assisting customers, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage inbound calls, emails, and messages from customers.
• Assist with inquiries, orders, and service-related requests.
• Provide precise information regarding products and services.
• Professionally address and resolve customer complaints.
• Maintain customer records and conduct follow-ups as needed.

Qualifications:

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree (preferred).
• At least 1 year of customer service experience.
