Job Description
Leads Expert BPO is actively seeking motivated and confident individuals for the role of Call Center Verifier. In this position, selected candidates will be responsible for conducting outbound calls to verify client information, addressing inquiries, and ensuring a seamless customer experience.
Salary: Starting from PKR 60,00/- per month.
Key Responsibilities:
- Verify customer information through outbound calls.
- Provide accurate responses tailored to customer needs.
- Maintain detailed records of all interactions.
- Upsell products and services as appropriate.
- Deliver exceptional service with professionalism.
Qualifications:
- 1 year of experience in a call center environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
