Job Description

We are currently seeking a motivated professional to handle the following responsibilities: collecting on delinquent accounts, resubmitting charges, appealing insurance denials, and efficiently managing payment reconciliations.
Qualifications: The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, experience with Electronic Medical Records (EMR) or Electronic Health Records (EHR) systems, and a minimum of one year in a customer support position.
