Job Description
A.H.Y Plastic Industries is seeking a detail-oriented professional for an administrative role. Responsibilities include managing daily and monthly administrative reports, operating computerized weight scales for vehicle material measurements, preparing gate passes, and generating weight scale reports. The successful candidate will coordinate with the HR and Admin Team regarding labor matters, verify attendance, oversee overtime records, supervise security and janitorial staff, and enroll workers in HRM and biometric systems. Additional tasks may be assigned as needed.
The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills, a collaborative approach, a genuine eagerness to learn, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
This is a full-time, in-person position.
