Job Description

Atif Brothers is looking for a friendly and motivated individual to fill the position of Hotel Front Desk Officer. As the first point of contact for our guests, you will be responsible for warmly greeting and welcoming visitors, overseeing the check-in and check-out processes, managing reservations, and collaborating with the housekeeping team to ensure an exceptional guest experience.

Your duties will also encompass answering phone inquiries, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring that the lobby area remains tidy and organized at all times.
