Job Description
365 Care Group is looking for a dedicated Customer Support Representative to join our vibrant team in Gulberg 3, Lahore. This full-time, on-site position follows the UK/Ireland calendar and involves rotational shifts.
The ideal candidate will provide technical support and handle inbound and outbound calls, ensuring the highest standards of customer service. Key responsibilities include addressing customer inquiries professionally, assisting customers over the phone, effectively resolving issues, updating customer information, and meeting performance targets.
Applicants should possess excellent communication skills, preferably have customer service experience, be proficient with computers, and be capable of multitasking. A Bachelor’s degree is preferred, along with 0-1 years of customer care experience.
