Job Description
7 KINGS CODE LLC, a U.S.-based software solutions provider, is currently looking for a dedicated Customer Service Representative (CSR) specializing in Patient Appointment Scheduling. This full-time position is based onsite in DHA Phase 8, Lahore.
Education & Experience:
- Intermediate or Bachelor’s degree.
- 6 months to 1 year of experience in handling patient appointment scheduling calls.
- Fluency in English is required.
Skills:
- Exceptional English communication skills.
- Experience in real estate is a plus.
- Proficiency in effective call handling.
Working hours are from 5:30 PM to 2:30 AM PAK time. Competitive salary and benefits are offered.
