Job Description
Nisar Synthetic Limited is in search of a qualified candidate for the role of Assistant Manager, Human Resources. The ideal candidate will possess 5-7 years of relevant experience and hold a degree in a related field. Manufacturing experience is essential, along with strong computer skills and knowledge in organizational development. A solid understanding of labor law and hands-on operations experience is required. The candidate should also have experience in onboarding, official communication, recruitment, and a thorough understanding of compensation and benefits.
