Job Description

ZMT Primary Healthcare Network is in search of an experienced and dedicated Assistant Program Manager to lead our mental health integration program across various clinics. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing program activities, supervising counselors, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality care.

Key responsibilities encompass conducting training sessions, overseeing patient screening processes, and fostering strong relationships with clinic staff. A Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Public Health, or Social Work is required, along with 1-2 years of relevant experience. Proficiency in both English and Urdu is essential for this role.

This is a full-time position offering a monthly salary of Rs80,00.00. Candidates must be willing to travel frequently within Karachi.
