Job Description
REDot Studios seeks an on-site Chat Support Representative at our Khayaban-e-Amin, Lahore office. The successful candidate will manage live chat interactions, resolve customer inquiries, document conversations, assist with basic troubleshooting, recommend solutions, and proactively engage potential customers online. You will coordinate with internal teams, escalate complex issues when necessary, and maintain up-to-date product knowledge.
- Location: Lahore only (local applicants preferred)
- Qualifications: Intermediate or higher; strong written English; good computer literacy
- Attributes: Confident in online outreach, goal-driven; customer service or sales experience is a plus
- Employment: Full-time. Salary: Rs35,00–Rs55,00/month
