Job Description
Illumina Technology Solutions, a Microsoft Gold Partner operating across the USA, Canada, India, and Pakistan, seeks a Customer Success Specialist within the Customer Experience & Growth (CXG) team. This role delivers partner-facing events (e.g., Dynamics 365 Solution Architect Bootcamps) to deepen partner skills and accelerate product adoption.
Key responsibilities:
- Plan and execute partner recruitment, registration, and demand-generation activities.
- Coordinate content development with product teams and solution architects.
- Manage end-to-end event logistics, onsite operations, and post-event analysis.
Qualifications:
- Strong communication, organization, and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Experience with Microsoft products or partner channels preferred.
- Ability to work cross-functionally and during Pacific Time business hours.
