Job Description
Walkeaze Pakistan is looking for a dynamic and experienced Retail Store Manager to be a part of our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for:
- Boosting and sustaining sales of our products.
- Achieving sales targets while building a solid customer base.
- Formulating sales strategies, monitoring team performance, and delegating territories to sales staff.
- Gathering customer insights and conducting market analysis.
- Keeping abreast of industry trends and competitor activities.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher.
- At least 3 years of relevant retail management experience.
- Full-time commitment with a starting monthly salary of Rs55,00.00.
