Job Description

We are seeking an experienced, energetic, and proactive Retail Head Manager to oversee daily operations at our Bahria Phase 4, Rawalpindi and/or F‑7, Islamabad locations. You will ensure smooth store performance through staff supervision, precise inventory control, sales maximization, cost reduction, and exceptional customer service. Key duties include leading the team, managing inventory, meeting sales and profit targets, and implementing strategic plans.

• Requirements: strong MS Office skills (Excel), basic math, excellent communication, results‑driven leadership, strategic planning, honesty, friendliness, self‑motivation, and a passion for music/instruments.
• Benefits: competitive salary with commission and bonuses. Full‑time, in‑person. Pay: Rs45,00–85,00 per month.
