Job Description
We are seeking a Vendor Development Manager to establish and maintain supplier relationships, source new vendors, negotiate contracts, and drive supplier performance improvements. The role leads vendor selection, performs risk and cost analyses, enforces quality standards, and coordinates with procurement, operations, and engineering to meet product and delivery objectives.
- Minimum 5 years in vendor management or strategic sourcing
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, or Engineering
- Strong negotiation, analytical, and communication skills
- Proficiency in supplier performance metrics, contract management, and continuous improvement
