Job Description
Pentagon Food Group Ltd is seeking full-time on-site Customer Support Officers for its UK-based food operations in Bahria Phase 7, Rawalpindi. The role involves tele-sales, responding to customer inquiries, up‑/cross‑selling, churn and debt management, and optimizing customer baskets.
- Requirements: strong verbal communication and spoken English, call-center experience preferred, and proficiency with Office 365 (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Hours: Summer 1:00 PM–10:00 PM; Winter 2:00 PM–11:00 PM.
- Compensation: PKR 55,00–60,00/month plus Eid bonus, leave (CL/AL/SL), health & life insurance, EOBI, sales incentives, annual increments, and career development opportunities.
