Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Montessori Preschool Teacher to design and lead child-centered lessons for children ages 2.5–5, promoting independence, curiosity, and social-emotional development using Montessori materials.
Responsibilities:
- Create and maintain prepared learning environments tailored to developmental needs.
- Observe, assess, and document each child’s progress and growth.
- Communicate regularly and professionally with families.
- Ensure a safe, inclusive, and respectful classroom culture.
Qualifications:
- Montessori certification or degree in Early Childhood Education (ECE).
- Strong classroom management skills, patience, and sensitivity to children’s needs.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
