Job Description
Join an on-site program offering a free 6-week training followed by a 3-month paid internship with potential for full-time employment. No prior experience required. The training covers IT sales, client communication and objection handling, LinkedIn/Upwork lead generation, proposal writing, CRM and reporting, and international client management.
Stipend is performance-based; paid internship range: Rs15,00–Rs30,00/month. Ideal candidates possess excellent English, confident presentation skills, basic computer proficiency, and a positive, consistent work ethic. Fresh graduates, final-year students, and career changers are encouraged to apply.
Selection includes online application, communication assessment, analytical test, interview, and training shortlist. This position requires in-person attendance.
