ProMarketens is seeking an on-site Customer Service Representative to join our sales-focused team. The role involves handling inbound and outbound calls, assessing customer needs, recommending products and services, managing accounts, resolving issues, and meeting monthly sales targets.

• Qualifications: 1–2 years of CSR experience, excellent communication and persuasion skills, proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work independently on-site.
